The information we collect may include your name, address, telephone and facsimile numbers, email addresses, Social Security number or tax identification number, and investment objectives. Once you have opened an account, we administer your account by collecting and maintaining personal information about your transactions including balances, positions and account history.

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our clients or former clients to anyone, except as permitted by law. Unless a client has specifically authorized us to do so, we do not disclose your personal information to others except in three limited circumstances.
We disclose personal information to non-affiliated co-advisers, including to Schwab Advisor Services, a division of Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. We may also disclose personal information if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is required to comply with applicable laws, such as cooperating with regulators.
